Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

• Europe & United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• Other Regions: 10–20 business days (depending on location and courier)

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Delays

While most orders arrive on time, minor delays may occur due to customs or courier workload. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Returned Packages

If your package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact phamthanhdong702@gmail.com.
We’ll work with you to reship or find an appropriate solution.
